At DigitalGrit, an online agency, Stephen devised and managed the company’ affiliate marketing channels, and created project management processes that ensured accuracy and efficiencies when on-boarding and managing client programs.Stephen also provides internet/online and social media marketing consulting; including effective eCommerce marketing, search optimization and implementation of social marketing strategies.

Recently, Stephen was VP; North America for Web Spiders, an Application and Internet Development company based in India. In this role, Stephen was instrumental in establishing a strong presence in the United States and Canada, creating an effective new revenue stream for this offshore company.
